Turn Off Contacting Replacements

Follow the instructions below to turn off contacting replacements during the upcoming Winter or March Break.

Step 1: From the Administration menu select Employee Group Calendar and then click the New button.

Step 2: Enter the Details for the Holiday (e.g. Description, if it is a Multi-day, Dates, and Times)

Step 3: Ensure your holiday ends on the Friday so EasyConnect contacts Replacements on Sunday evening.

Step 4: Select the Employee Group(s) (e.g. Elementary Teacher, etc.) and Locations.  If you select ‘Occasional Lists’ it will display the Holiday in their Availability Calendar.

Step 5: Check Turn EasyConnect Off and then click the Save Button.
